Certain features of Kubby are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Some components are covered by issued patents, and others are patent pending. These include—but are not limited to: systems for AI-powered shopping w/insights, order consolidations, shipment tracking, local package routing, and sustainability impact metrics. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Kubby provides a platform for shopping, package pickup, and community engagement. While we partner with reliable businesses and services, we are not liable for:
